Solution Engineer EMEA

Justt is a leader in the chargeback automation industry, providing hands-free solutions that help merchants reclaim their revenue. Our innovative AI-driven platform resolves payment disputes efficiently and accurately, freeing our clients to focus on their core business. We are a forward-thinking company that values innovation, responsibility, and fairness.

We're seeking an experienced, independent Solution Engineer to join our growing New York team. This is a critical role requiring complete ownership of complex technical processes — from initial pre-sales through full customer onboarding. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead processes independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You'll Do:

Lead Technical Sales Processes

• Take full ownership of the technical aspects of the sales cycle, including a deep understanding of customer requirements and matching them to the right solutions.
• Conduct professional product demonstrations and technical workshops for prospective clients.
• Develop and present customized solutions that address specific client challenges and business objectives.

Technical Implementation & Onboarding

• Lead the complete technical implementation of Justt's solutions for new clients, ensuring seamless integration with their existing systems.
• Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support so clients maximize the value they get from our solutions.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges throughout the onboarding process.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with sales, product, customer success, and engineering teams to exceed client expectations.
• Translate client needs into clearly defined technical tasks for R&D and help drive them to completion.
• Contribute to the development of technical documentation and training materials.

Why Justt

At Justt you'll take real ownership from day one, work alongside a talented and collaborative team, and help shape how the world's merchants win back revenue lost to chargebacks. If you're excited by complex technical problems and love working directly with customers, we'd love to hear from you!

Requirements

• 2+ years in fintech or payments — a strong bonus.

Technical Skills

• Proven, hands-on experience with integration processes, APIs, and data mapping.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a critical-thinking approach to client challenges.
• Ability to define and scope technical tasks for engineering teams and manage them through delivery.
• Strong project management capabilities — able to plan, coordinate, and drive multiple onboarding and integration projects to completion, keeping stakeholders aligned and timelines on track.

Personal Qualities

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills — able to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Independence and proactivity — you thrive managing multiple projects simultaneously in a rapidly changing environment.
• Composure under pressure and a customer-first mindset.
• Cultural fit for a fast-paced, creative startup atmosphere and our hybrid NYC team.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
