A technical lead for data center liquid cooling who serves as the primary customer technical contact across pre-sales, project delivery, and after-sales. Day to day involves designing liquid cooling solutions, preparing tender proposals and BOMs, product demos, and creating sales enablement and training materials.
Act as the technical lead and primary technical contact for customers throughout the pre-sales, project delivery, and after-sales stages, while working closely with the sales team to maintain and develop customer relationships.
Provide technical solution support, including business and technical consultation, solution planning and development, and product demonstrations.
Prepare technical tender proposals and documentation, and follow up on project implementation and site execution.
Respond to customer technical requirements, including the development of liquid cooling system solutions, equipment selection, BOM preparation, and product/solution promotion and training.
Develop and maintain sales enablement tools, including industry solutions, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training materials.
Provide product, solution, and sales training to sales teams and distributors, and support the planning and execution of product marketing and promotional activities.
Conduct market requirements management and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Department Director and management.
