Solution Engineer DACH

Endian seeks a Solution Engineer to support design, presentation, and implementation of Endian solutions for customers and partners in the DACH market. The role requires fluency in German, English, and Italian within the internal organization.

Responsibilities include designing technical solutions, contributing to pre-sales, presenting to customers, guiding deployment, and validating PoCs. You will collaborate with Sales, Support, and internal teams to ensure secure connectivity and IT service

Design technical solutions aligned with customer and partner requirements. Contribute to pre-sales through analysis of customer needs and solution definition. Present solutions to customers and partners. Guide customers during deployment, configuration and initial setup. Validate solutions through PoC activities and evaluations. Serve as technical point of contact for German-speaking customers and partners. Collaborate with internal teams to address complex technical issues. Help develop and maintain deployment guidelines and documentation. Communicate field feedback to product management and internal teams. Support partner enablement and technical training in the DACH region. 2-5 years of experience in networking, cybersecurity, solution engineering or technical pre-sales roles. Fluent German (required) to support customers and partners in the DACH market. Professional English (spoken and written). Italian (spoken and written). Strong communication and presentation skills.
