Solution Consultant

TechWolf is the #1 AI and data layer for workforce transformation. Use accurate, AI-driven skill data for strategic workforce planning, internal mobility and skills-based hiring and learning.

At TechWolf, we are seeking innovative, curious, and driven individuals to join our team and help shape the future of pre-sales at a fast-growing scale-up. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to make a significant impact in a smaller, agile team environment while rapidly progressing their career.

This involves demonstrating the capabilities, advantages and differentiators of TechWolf’s leading AI-powered skills and work technology, crafting tailored solutions that optimise the value of TechWolf data and insights within an organisation's technology landscape, and defining project scopes and timelines.

As a data layer and API-first technology within the HR technology space, the ideal candidate will have expertise in technical topics relating to data, integrations and architecture, while understanding the business challenges and value TechWolf delivers. You will be the bridge between technical capabilities and business impact, and being able to clearly articulate this connection is essential. Internally, Solution Consultants operate at the intersection of different functions at TechWolf, including Sales, Product Management, Engineering and Professional Services.

This dynamic, cross-functional environment is ideal for someone with a continuous learning mindset who thrives with autonomy, pursues and embraces new experiences and has a desire to have large-scale, meaningful impact.

If you are an excellent communicator with a passion for problem-solving and are excited by the opportunity to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced scale-up, this is the role for you. Join us and be a part of building the future of work.
