About Datahash

Datahash is a privacy-centric first-party data platform. Our core product, Datahash Signals, gives marketers low-code, no-code integrations between web, app, e-commerce, CRM, marketing automation and data warehouses on one side and the major ad channels on the other: Meta, Google, TikTok, Snap, Amazon and more. We are one of a handful of badged integration partners across these channels and work with them directly on first-party data adoption programmes, where advertisers are moving to server-side integrations, conversions APIs and privacy-safe measurement. We are bootstrapped, profitable, and run across Dubai, Bangalore, Mumbai and London with clients in EMEA, India, Africa, APAC and the US.

The role

You are the technical trust in the room. Most of our leads arrive through Google and Meta partner programmes; your job is to convert qualified leads into live implementations by showing exactly how Datahash Signals fits the client's data architecture and what it does for their measurement. You own the journey from lead to demo to solution to conversion for mid-market opportunities, and you support the account executives on enterprise pursuits where the buyer is technical. An agent researches every prospect's website, tag stack and likely event volume before your call; you bring the judgement, the demo and the conversation. This is not a media buying role; it is data infrastructure, signal quality and measurement.

What you will do

1. Pitch the solution. Run product demos and walkthroughs of Datahash Signals on real integration use cases; articulate the value of first-party data activation, conversions APIs and server-side tracking.
2. Discover. Understand a client's data architecture across CRM, web, app and ad platforms; find the gaps in signal quality, attribution and data flow.
3. Map the integration. Translate client systems into clear source-to-destination flows and explain how Datahash cuts the engineering effort.
4. Position measurement. Connect data-quality improvements to attribution accuracy and campaign outcomes, aligned with what Google, Meta and the others actually reward.
5. Close mid-market. Drive opportunities from solution to closure: scope into commercials, timeline and approach; handle basic negotiation; align stakeholders.

What success looks like

• High conversion of partner-sourced leads into active implementations.
• Independent end-to-end demos for common use cases within three months; independent conversion with minimal support thereafter.
• Positive partner feedback from Google and Meta ecosystems.
• Shorter sales cycles on mid-market opportunities.

How we hire

We move fast and we are transparent about how we decide. Every decision about a person is made by a person.

Step 1: a short structured screen within two working days of applying. Step 2: a 50-minute conversation with the hiring manager. Step 3: a small case exercise close to the real work, which you present to two or three of us. Step 4: fit and terms with our VP Delivery or Head of Sales and Partnerships, and for senior roles the founder. We aim to give you a decision within five working days of the final conversation.

We evaluate evidence rather than claims, the quality of your questions, how you handle ambiguity, and how naturally you already use AI in your own work.
