A Solution Architect owns architecture for a major general insurer's Broker Network and Commercial Insurance portfolio, leading the migration of commercial products from legacy systems to Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter. They define target-state architecture, integration patterns and migration approaches, and defend designs through governance with business and technology stakeholders.
A major general insurer needs a Solution Architect to own architecture across their Broker Network and Commercial Insurance portfolio. This isn't an advisory role — you're leading a significant platform transformation, moving commercial insurance products off legacy systems onto modern Guidewire Policy and Claims platforms.
You'll work directly with Broker, Product, Underwriting, Claims, Operations and Technology stakeholders to shape solutions across the full insurance value chain. You define the target-state architecture, integration patterns and migration approaches. You present and defend your designs through formal governance. Real ownership, real complexity.
What you'll bring:
Based in Sydney CBD. Direct Guidewire transformation experience in a commercial or broker insurance context will put you at the front of the queue.
