About Oasis Security
At Oasis Security, we're redefining how enterprises manage access in the age of AI. Every organization deploying AI agents is taking on access risks they can't yet see, and the tools they've relied on were never built for this. We built Oasis to change that. Backed by Sequoia, Accel, and Craft Ventures, we're trusted by dozens of Fortune 500 companies including S&P Global, Mars, and Nationwide, and we're only getting started.
Why Oasis, why now
The access management category is being rewritten in real time, and Oasis is leading it. The problems are genuinely hard, the company is growing fast, and you're early enough to shape both the product and the team.
About Oasis
Oasis Security is building the future of non-human identity (NHI) management. In today’s cloud-native world, the fastest-growing security gap isn't people, it’s machines. We help enterprises regain control over service accounts, secrets, workloads, automation bots, and more.
With the rise of AI and autonomous systems, the number of NHIs is exploding. Every model, agent, pipeline, and tool creates new identities that need to be secured, governed, and understood. This shift makes identity not just a people problem, but a machine-scale challenge.
Backed by top-tier investors and trusted by leading enterprises, we’re scaling fast, and our story needs to be told with power and precision.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Solution Architect based in Israel, to be the technical and strategic bridge between Oasis and our prospects and customers. You’ll develop a deep command of the Oasis platform, lead high-impact discovery and design sessions, and craft architectures that map complex enterprise environments to clear business outcomes.
The role is primarily pre-sales, with opportunities to influence post-sales deployments for our most strategic accounts. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, executive leadership and founders, and help create repeatable approaches and assets that raise the bar for our go-to-market motion.
Location: Hybrid, Tel Aviv
What You’ll Do
- Discovery & Solution Architecture: Lead technical discovery, assess customer environments, and design end-to-end solutions that align Oasis capabilities to enterprise needs across cloud, identity, and security programs.
- Compelling Demos & Deep Dives: Deliver crisp, technically rigorous demos and workshops that make complex concepts simple for both technical stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
- Technical Strategy for Strategic Deals: Partner with Sales leadership on high-impact pursuits, shaping strategy, building bespoke prototypes / POCs, and guiding evaluation criteria to successful outcomes.
- Field-to-Product Feedback Loop: Translate customer needs into actionable insights for Product; influence roadmap priorities with clear problem statements and repeatable solution patterns.
- Partner Enablement: Equip partners with technical know-how, patterns, and enablement materials to accelerate joint wins and scalable deployments.
- Artifacts & Best Practices: Create high-quality reference architectures, playbooks, and reusable assets that uplevel the broader GTM and CS teams.
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years in customer-facing technical roles (such as Solution Architect, Sales/Solutions Engineer, Delivery/Implementation Architect, Technical Account Manager), with a track record influencing complex enterprise deals.
- Demonstrated ability to get deeply technical and explain complex systems simply to varied audiences - from IAM leaders to C-suite decision-makers.
- Background in Cybersecurity and/or Identity is a must; experience with IAM/PAM, secrets management, and/or cloud security is a plus.
- Proven experience designing architectures, building POCs, and producing crisp technical collateral (reference designs, playbooks, etc).
- Comfort partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and (as needed) R&D - field-oriented with strong customer empathy and bias for action.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills; confident leading strategic conversations and aligning diverse stakeholders.
Why Join Oasis Security
- Opportunity to work for a leading innovator in cybersecurity funded by top tier venture capital firms (Sequoia, Accel, Cyberstarts)
- Competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits.
- Dynamic and international work environment with a focus on continuous learning and professional development.
- Opportunity for career growth and advancement within a rapidly growing organization at the forefront of cybersecurity innovation.
