Job Description

Within the Solution Architecture and Engineering IT organization, we are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to drive the firm-wide adoption of strategic technologies and the delivery of technology projects, from architectural vision to scalable implementation.

This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible, firm-wide impact, with real ownership to take responsibility for solutions and directly influence how technology is used across the organization.

• Contribute to defining and driving the enterprise technology strategy and adoption of shared, scalable platforms and technologies (including AI) ensuring solutions are designed for reliability, reusability, long-term impact, and business value;
• Continuously explore and assess emerging technologies, tools, and architectural approaches, identifying opportunities to drive innovation, enhance efficiency, and enable scalable adoption of strategic capabilities;
• Design and drive technical solutions that enable integration, optimization, and automation of business processes, working closely with business and platform management;
• Co-steer the demand and prioritization process together with other Solution Architects and Business Owners, ensuring alignment with the target architecture, technology strategy, and business value objectives.

• Deep understanding of modern software development lifecycles and enterprise engineering practices, including architecture governance, DevOps, CI/CD, QA, and operational readiness;
• Strong hands-on mindset combined with a proactive curiosity to learn, experiment, and explore new technologies, particularly in fast-evolving areas such as AI and automation;
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business lines and influence senior stakeholders to drive aligned, firm-wide outcomes;
• Clear and confident communicator, able to translate complex technical concepts into concise, audience-appropriate messages for both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
