Why Keyrus, Why Now!

Keyrus is an international group of 2,800 consultants and experts across 28 countries, built on a single conviction: AI does not transform businesses. Architected intelligence does. For more than 30 years, we have been building the data foundations that make intelligent systems work — designing the Operating System of the intelligent enterprise, where intelligence is embedded into the core of business processes to create sustainable value: we operationalise intelligence.

AI does not replace humans. It repositions us to a place no system can follow: understanding, deciding, designing, and creating. At Keyrus, you will not just develop skills—you will develop judgment. Your expertise sharpens with every client challenge you solve, every opportunity you shape, and every strategic partnership you help build.

Over time, you grow into one of the rarest professionals of the intelligence era: someone who bridges business strategy, data, AI, and executive decision-making at scale. This is not a role you fill. It is a discipline you master and a story you help write to become a Keyrus Architect of Intelligence.

Technology amplifies. Keyrus culture differentiates. Industrial discipline connects the two.

🚀 What You'll Architect

As a Solution Architect at Keyrus, you will literally architect intelligence at scale — defining the target-state architecture of enterprise data and analytics platforms that turn fragmented technology into an orchestrated Operating System of the intelligent enterprise. You will lead discovery, solution design, and governance across the full platform lifecycle, translating business ambition into scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud solutions, while mentoring the engineering teams who bring that architecture to life.

You will:

Lead architecture discovery sessions and collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, technical requirements, and long-term platform objectives
Define and maintain the target-state architecture for enterprise data and analytics platforms
Develop high-level and detailed solution designs that balance scalability, performance, security, maintainability, and business value
Provide technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle, from concept through implementation
Design and guide enterprise data platform ecosystems that support analytics, reporting, operational data needs, and future business growth
Define architecture patterns for data ingestion, transformation, storage, integration, and consumption
Establish standards and best practices for data pipelines, platform services, and engineering frameworks
Ensure solutions support high levels of reliability, extensibility, and operational efficiency
Establish architectural standards, reference models, design principles, and governance frameworks
Provide guidance on technology selection, platform capabilities, tooling strategies, and implementation approaches
Drive consistency across projects by promoting reusable patterns, automation, and best practices
Review solution designs and implementation plans to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards
Define strategies for platform observability, monitoring, operational readiness, and supportability
Guide the implementation of data quality, reliability, and governance frameworks across the platform
Establish operational processes, runbooks, support models, and performance monitoring standards
Partner closely with engineering, data, product, and business teams to align technology solutions with strategic objectives
Facilitate architecture discussions and provide technical recommendations to stakeholders at multiple organizational levels
Mentor technical teams and support knowledge sharing across architecture and engineering functions
Influence technical direction and drive alignment across multiple workstreams and initiatives

🧠 Who You Are

You see architecture as the discipline that turns strategy into scalable, sustainable technology — not just a diagram
You naturally connect business objectives with technical design decisions that generate measurable, long-term value
You are comfortable engaging executives, facilitating architecture discussions, and influencing complex technology decisions
You thrive in environments where strategic thinking, technical depth, and cross-functional collaboration create competitive advantage
You balance architectural rigor with a genuine interest in the practical outcomes that matter to the business
You enjoy mentoring engineering teams and shaping solutions alongside the people who build them
You bring an entrepreneurial mindset and proactively define standards rather than waiting for problems to force them
