XenonStack is a Data and AI Foundry for Agentic Systems, enabling enterprises to design, deploy, operate, and scale intelligent agents across digital and physical environments.
We build enterprise-grade platforms across the agentic stack:
Our mission is to accelerate the world’s transition to AI + Human Intelligence by making agentic systems reliable, responsible, and enterprise-ready.
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Architect with 8+ years of expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-grade DevOps and cloud infrastructure architectures. This role is perfect for a visionary engineer who can translate business goals into secure, scalable, and high-performing systems while guiding teams toward excellence in automation, reliability, and efficiency.
Own the end-to-end DevOps architecture strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and cost efficiency across environments.
Architect and implement enterprise-level CI/CD pipelines for multi-cloud and hybrid infrastructure.
Design infrastructure automation frameworks using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi).
Lead container orchestration strategy with Kubernetes, service mesh technologies, and microservices deployment models.
Establish DevSecOps practices, integrating security, compliance, and governance into every stage of the delivery pipeline.
Collaborate with engineering leadership to define cloud-native reference architectures for AI, data, and agentic workloads.
Oversee observability strategy — logging, metrics, tracing, and incident response processes.
Drive cost optimization and capacity planning across AWS, Azure, and on-premise environments.
Mentor senior DevOps engineers, setting coding and automation best practices.
Stay ahead of emerging technologies and lead proof-of-concepts for strategic adoption.
8+ years in DevOps, CloudOps, or Site Reliability Engineering, with at least 3 years in an architect or lead role.
Deep expertise in AWS (multi-account architectures, security, and networking), with exposure to Azure/GCP.
Proven track record in designing CI/CD frameworks with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar at enterprise scale.
Advanced experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd).
Strong proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi).
Expertise in scripting and automation with Python, Bash, or Go.
Solid understanding of cloud security architecture, compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS).
Experience designing observability and monitoring architectures with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry.
Strong understanding of distributed systems, networking, and hybrid/multi-cloud patterns.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
1) Strategic Leadership & Growth
Lead mission-critical architecture decisions impacting AI-driven infrastructure at global scale.
Opportunity to influence next-gen agentic systems deployment strategies.
2) Recognition & Rewards
Performance-based incentives and executive-level recognition.
Freedom to experiment with emerging tech and drive architectural innovation.
3) Work Benefits & Well-Being
Comprehensive medical insurance.
Additional allowances for project-specific leadership and cab facility for women employees.
