About The Role

This is a senior role working on the entire lifecycle of our software solutions - the ongoing design, architecture, management, development and support. It extends beyond software development into leading the entire product management cycle – documenting requirements/specifications, code/release management, demonstration and test environments, marketing materials, "Help" and documentation. It includes liaising with 3rd party developers working under contract as required.

The Software Solutions team also works closely with the Sales and Solution Delivery functions to design and tailor customisations, add-on products and 3rd party integrations to support our customers’ businesses.

This role means getting to know our customers, and how they use our software, and working with our Sales and Customer Engagement teams to discover opportunities for expanding our solution footprint. Whether it’s expanding our functional footprint or embracing emerging technologies and methodologies this role is about ensuring our solutions maintain leadership positions in our target markets.

This is a hands-on role with input to the direction and technologies we employ and to the management of our Intellectual Property, how it is delivered to our customers and how it is supported.

Clear Objective’s customers and prospects are currently located throughout Australia and New Zealand. Travel may be required.

Clear Objective provides a business mileage reimbursement for business travel undertaken in private vehicles, and a generous per diem for employees when staying away from home.
