One of our highest performing consultants used to be an excavator working in the residential sector. The sort of person who looked outside of his direct role and took an active interest in how he could make improvements to processes that increased productivity and output. He was able to make changes that increased job volume and thus increased productivity, profit and customer satisfaction.
