Ready to build real systems, solve messy business problems, and learn faster than you ever have?
We are a growing consulting firm helping organisations across Australia and New Zealand improve how they work using modern SaaS platforms, automation, and AI. A core part of our work involves designing and implementing solutions using monday.com as the underlying platform.
Our clients operate across real estate, financial services, and industrial sectors.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role for people who enjoy responsibility, learning quickly, and building systems that actually get used. You will be trusted with real delivery work, supported by experienced consultants, and expected to think for yourself.
This is not a ticket factory or a narrow tool-specific role.
You will work directly with clients, not sit behind internal handovers.
You will be trained and supported, but expected to think for yourself.
You will work across multiple systems and industries, not just one platform.
You will be measured on outcomes and quality, not hours logged.
If you enjoy responsibility, learning quickly, and building things that actually get used, this role will suit you.
As an Implementation Consultant, you will work hands-on with clients to design and deliver practical workflow solutions that improve how their business operates.
This is a delivery-focused role with real responsibility. You will map processes, configure systems, support automations and integrations, run client sessions, and help deliver projects from planning through to go-live.
Once you commit to a deliverable, you own it. We value accountability, trust, and follow-through.
You will be trained in monday.com, our delivery frameworks, and how we approach consulting. You will also be expected to ask good questions, raise risks early, and continuously improve how we work.
You will work on live client implementations from day one, supported by experienced consultants and proven frameworks.
Hands-on experience with monday.com, automation tools, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows.
You will learn how to understand business processes, design workable solutions, communicate clearly with clients, and manage delivery across multiple projects.
You will gain exposure to scoping, delivery, client management, and how quality work impacts growth and profitability. You will work closely with senior consultants and the Founders.
Hybrid role based in Sydney. We value in-office collaboration, but outcomes matter more than being at a desk every day.
As you grow, you can specialise, move into solution design, or step into senior delivery and leadership roles.
