We are looking for a Software Engineering Team Lead to join our growing team and drive the deployment and evolution of our MarTech platform and solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role—ideal for someone who still loves to ship code but is equally passionate about tackling client challenges, shaping technical direction, and collaborating cross-functionally. As a Team Lead, you’ll lead the engineering group of a cross-functional team composed of software engineers, a product manager, and UX/design. Our product is used by marketing teams in regulated industries across the world. You will serve as a Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME), partnering with the core client team and our platform team on long-term architecture, collaborating with Product Managers on roadmap planning, and working with other Team Leads across the organization to ensure cohesion and scalability in everything we build.
