Mid-Level Software Engineer (5+ Years Experience) | Remote (U.S.)

We are a U.S.-based IT outsourcing and software development company that partners with clients across the United States to build high-quality software solutions. We are seeking a talented Mid-Level Software Engineer with 5+ years of professional software development experience to join our growing remote team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, high-quality software applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and fellow developers to deliver software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and system design.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
• Maintain technical documentation and continuously improve application performance and reliability.
• Stay up to date with modern technologies and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Equipment & Logistics Responsibilities

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, C#, Go, or similar.
• Experience building modern web applications, APIs, or cloud-based systems.
• Familiarity with Git, Agile development methodologies, and collaborative software development.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and able to handle company property responsibly.
