Review AI-generated code before accepting it
Verify solutions through engineering analysis, code review, automated testing, and appropriate quality controls
Ensure solutions follow agreed engineering standards and architectural principles
Address security, maintainability, performance, and reliability as part of implementation
Ensure delivered software is production-ready

Continuously improve how AI is used to increase engineering effectiveness, quality, and delivery speed
Share learning and contribute to evolving AI-native engineering practices across the team

Experience building or contributing to internal tools, shared engineering capabilities, automation frameworks, or developer productivity solutions
