VanRath is hiring a mid-level Software Engineer in Northern Ireland (hybrid) to design, build and maintain scalable applications across the full development lifecycle — working on APIs, databases, integrations, automated tests and CI/CD using languages such as Java, C#/.NET, Python, JavaScript or TypeScript.
Salary: £40,000 - £58,000

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join a collaborative technology team and contribute to the development of scalable, reliable and maintainable software solutions.
This role would suit a mid-level engineer who is comfortable working independently on development tasks while also collaborating closely with other engineers, technical teams and business stakeholders.
You will have the opportunity to work across the full software development lifecycle and gain exposure to modern technologies and engineering practices.
We are looking for someone with solid commercial software engineering experience and a good understanding of modern development practices.
You should have experience with several of the following:
You should be comfortable taking ownership of development tasks, solving problems independently and contributing to technical discussions.
