Software Engineer

Treble is building the acoustic intelligence platform for the next frontier of AI and audio technology. We bring together physics, AI, and simulation to give teams the synthetic data and development tools to design devices, develop algorithms, and train and evaluate AI systems at scale. From wearables and voice AI to physical AI, world models, and multimodal foundation models, our ambition is to shape how intelligent systems hear, understand, and interact with the world. Our customers include some of the world's leading companies in AI, consumer electronics, and engineering, putting our technology at the heart of ambitious developments in audio and intelligent devices.

Founded in 2020, Treble is growing rapidly. With strong funding, deep scientific roots, and an exceptional international team, we are now entering the next phase of our expansion. As a part of that growth, we are looking for a Software Engineer to join our engineering team and help build the software behind our acoustic intelligence platform.

About the role:

You will work with our engineers, researchers, and product team across the platform, from our simulation engines and cloud services to our SDK and web application. Your tasks include:

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining features across our platform, SDK, and web application
• Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Investigating and fixing issues reported by customers and internal teams
• Collaborating with engineers, acousticians, and product managers to turn requirements into working software

What we are looking for:

• A minimum of a BSc degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field
• Genuine interest in programming and technology
• Knowledge of one or more of C#, Python or C++
• Proficient working with and without AI models
• Familiarity with git, testing, and modern development workflows
• Knowledge of SQL databases
• A pragmatic, collaborative team player with a strong desire to learn
• Clear communicator in English

Nice to have:

• Experience with web development (e.g. React/TypeScript, REST APIs)
• Interest in sound, acoustics, simulation, or machine learning
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Understanding of 3D geometry processing

Even if your experience does not perfectly match every qualification, we still encourage you to apply. You may be a great fit for this or other roles at Treble.

What we offer:

• Competitive compensation, including stock options and the opportunity to share in Treble's growth
• Deep technical challenges and meaningful work at the intersection of physics, simulation, and AI
• Collaboration with leading AI and consumer technology companies building next-generation devices and intelligent systems
• A highly flexible, family-friendly work environment built on trust, ownership, and autonomy
• An ambitious, collaborative international team with deep expertise
• Competitive benefits and first-class facilities
