• Own the design and implementation of key system components or subsystems, translating product requirements into robust, scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with established technical direction
• Support ongoing modernization initiatives for the cloud platform's architecture and infrastructure
• Write high-quality, well-tested, well-documented code; perform thorough code reviews; and continuously improve development processes, tools, and coding standards
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues, including performance and reliability concerns
• Leverage AI-assisted software development tools to improve development efficiency across the SDLC, including coding, debugging, testing, documentation, code reviews, and automation of repetitive tasks
• Collaborate closely with product management, QA, and other engineering teams

• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, memory management, and performance considerations
• Familiarity with software design patterns, SOLID principles, and modular system architecture
• Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL), API design, messaging/event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis), and system integration
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure); experience with Linux-based deployment environments is a plus
• Experience using AI-assisted software development tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and support more efficient delivery across the SDLC
• Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Preferred skills:

• Proven ability to work across both native Windows (C++/C#) and cloud/web (ASP.NET, ReactJS) codebases
• Experience with monorepo tooling (Nx) and micro-frontend architecture
• Deep expertise in native Windows debugging and performance profiling (e.g., WinDbg, Visual Studio Profiler)
• Expertise in performance optimization and security best practices

Power Skills:

• Demonstrates strong technical ownership and accountability for delivered results
• Communicates clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborates well within a team while working independently when needed
