THE ROLE & THE TEAM

At Zalando, we combine startup energy with the scale of an industry leader, powered by an international team from 140+ nations. We believe diverse perspectives lead to sharper thinking and better results, encouraging everyone to raise the bar, take ownership, innovate and bring their authentic selves to work.

Zalando Bucharest is our newest site, playing a vital role in optimising our AI-driven infrastructure and driving operational efficiency alongside our Berlin headquarters. We’re looking for professionals who thrive on continuous improvement, automation and collaborative problem-solving to help us deliver exceptional customer experiences at scale.
As a Software Engineer in our in-house ERP Engineering team, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful delivery of our project portfolio. You will be responsible for the development and enhancement of modern SAP integration processes within our SAP S/4HANA systems, focusing purely on modern cloud integration and API-led connectivity utilizing the SAP Integration Suite, rather than legacy point-to-point middleware. We offer a fast-paced and international working environment, using the latest technologies to create as much value as possible for our customers. We place a significant emphasis on teamwork, a proactive approach to taking ownership of the solutions developed by the team, and a strong dedication to attention to detail.
