The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on development skills with architectural thinking, autonomy, and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced engineering environments.

• Apply AI-assisted software engineering techniques to improve development, refactoring, debugging, testing, and overall developer productivity.
• Collaborate with engineering teams in a fast-paced environment, maintaining strong communication and technical autonomy.
