CriTech Digital Solutions, a Microsoft Partner IT firm serving government and private sector clients in the Philippines, is hiring a Software Engineer to build and maintain .NET/C# web applications and APIs, with occasional PHP/Laravel work. The role is hybrid (3 days onsite), involves traveling for client support nationwide, and uses AI coding tools like Claude and Cursor.

Key responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain web applications and APIs using C#, .NET, and JavaScript
Work on PHP / Laravel projects when needed
Translate business and client requirements into working features
Use AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor, OpenAI) to speed up development, debugging, and documentation
Provide onsite technical support and deployment assistance to clients anywhere in the Philippines (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao)
Write clean, documented code and take part in code reviews
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues reported by users
About you
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field
1 to 2 years of software development experience; fresh graduates with strong projects or OJT experience are welcome
Solid foundation in C#, .NET / ASP.NET Core, and JavaScript
Familiarity with SQL databases and Git
PHP and Laravel knowledge is a plus
Hands-on experience using AI development tools such as Claude, Cursor, or OpenAI
Willing to travel for onsite client support across the Philippines
Willing to work on a hybrid setup: 3 days onsite per week
