Software Engineer (Modeling)

Stream Security’s platform constantly models enterprises’ cloud environments, empowering security teams to detect, investigate, and respond to threats in real time. Leveraging an event-driven architecture, the platform pinpoints how threats emerge and demystifies the impact of remediating them instantly.

Our vision is a world where each day is safer and more secure than the one before. We are a company built on the foundation of challenging and disrupting the way things are done, and we’re looking for innovators who are as committed to shaping the future of cybersecurity as we are.

We're backed by top global top-tier VCs well positioned to execute our vision. We seek excellent individuals to join our journey and build a legacy.

This is a rare opportunity to join a startup on the ground floor. You will join a small but powerful R&D team that is ambitious and dynamic. We take pride in creating a hugely impactful product that is being built at the highest level of craft and execution and is already delighting multiple customers.

What You'll Do:

You will play a critical role in building and enhancing Stream Security’s cloud topology analysis platform, shaping the future of our product and company.

· Build Cloud Posture Models: Code and maintain robust components that model entire cloud infrastructures, covering compute, security, networking, Kubernetes environments and IAM permissions.

· Resource Topology Mapping: Establish a model of every component in public cloud environments to visualize connectivity and assess posture.

· Drive Innovation: Use advanced methodologies and the latest technologies to deepen our understanding of cloud resource interconnections and posture.

· End-to-End Feature Ownership: Collaborate with PMs to identify and prioritize needs, design scalable, production-ready solutions, and rapidly iterate based on user feedback.

· Scale and Optimize: Push solutions to large-scale production, handling architectural constraints and ensuring robustness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to move from prototype to scalable implementation.

· Accountability for Delivery and Quality: Lead the development process with full ownership over timelines, quality, and production monitoring, ensuring continuous alignment with the company's objectives and resources.
