Software engineer on Picnic's Master Data team, building and maintaining the Salesforce/Python platform that handles product data — from supplier catalogue integration to validation, enrichment and monitoring — for its online grocery business. Daily work spans Apex/LWC and FastAPI development plus SQL, Snowflake and dbt.
As a developer working with Salesforce and Python, you'll join the Master Data team. We own the product data everything else runs on — from integrating supplier catalogues, through enrichment and validation, to what a customer sees in the app and what the warehouse needs to plan how a product fits in a tote. Hundreds of colleagues work with the platform every day, handling large volumes of master data across multiple countries, and your job is to make that easier — a validation that catches a bad value before it reaches a customer, a screen that stops taking eight clicks to do one thing. You'll solve data issues and steadily improve the platform. Over time the role grows towards software engineering, deeper into Python and data platform architecture.
You’ll get plenty of opportunities to challenge yourself and grow, including the Picnic Tech Academy, Lunch & Learn sessions, and tailored soft skills training. We also offer free professional weekly language courses.
You’ll work in an awesome startup environment with the freedom to drive your own projects and create a visible impact.
