Software Engineer IoT/Edge– SMART CITY & EDGE AI DEVELOPMENT (M/F)

A fast-growing innovative startup in Bolzano is seeking a Software Engineer IoT/Edge to develop embedded software for IoT devices. You’ll be responsible for integrating communication protocols and supporting architectural design in a dynamic environment. Ideal candidates should have experience in IoT software development and knowledge of embedded Linux. This role offers full flexibility and direct collaboration with the CTO, with potential growth opportunities. Develop embedded software modules on Linux for IoT/Edge devices. Integrate standard protocols (OCPP, ISO 15118) and cloud systems. Contribute to testing, validation, and technical documentation. Proven experience in IoT/Edge software development. Solid knowledge of embedded Linux and programming languages (Python and/or C++). Familiarity with communication protocols (OCPP or similar).
