What you need to bring:
Technical Leads (6–12 Years Experience) – PHY Driver Development
Are you passionate about high-speed networking and PHY development? We’re looking for experienced Technical Leads with strong domain expertise in Ethernet PHY driver development across:
1G / 10G / 40G / 100G / 400G / 800G
Experience with Broadcom ASICs or proprietary ASICs from leading vendors such as Nokia and Cisco
Strong programming skills in C / C++ / Python
Solid debugging and problem-solving skills
Hands-on bring-up experience and system-level understanding
Ownership mindset with a strong “can-do” attitude and commitment to delivery
Ideal candidates will have:
Deep understanding of PHY/MAC interactions
Experience in low-level driver development and hardware debugging
Familiarity with high-speed interfaces, optics, and SERDES
Exposure to system validation and customer issue debugging
