• Deliver tested, deployable and maintainable code that supports agreed business outcomes, architectural principles and security requirements.
• Apply and promote modern software engineering practices, including version control, code review, automated testing, continuous integration and continuous delivery.
• Work collaboratively in an agile, cross-functional team, contributing to planning, backlog refinement, delivery, maintenance and continuous improvement.
• Create and evaluate solution proposals and prototypes, such as mock-ups, data models, integrations or proof-of-concept implementations.
• Continuously explore relevant technologies, tools, standards and working methods that can improve innovation, productivity, reliability and user experience.
• Produce and maintain appropriate technical documentation and proactively share knowledge, learning and good practices with colleagues.
• Contribute to team and product performance indicators and work with colleagues to continuously improve delivery effectiveness and technical quality.

We are on the journey to transform our digital capabilities, bringing core business processes, people, data & technology together - an enabler for IKEA to become an even better home furnishing company in the future. A journey that needs passionate people who embrace change, dare to question and want to make a difference. If that sounds like you, come and join us. Together we can do great things.
