Experience with cloud platforms and containerized services.
Experience with high-throughput, highly available internet-scale systems.
Knowledge of observability, incident management, reliability engineering, and production operations.
Experience with GitHub, CI/CD systems, developer platforms, or package management ecosystems.
Familiarity with Go, Ruby, MySQL, Kubernetes, distributed storage, or service infrastructure
What Makes This Role Exciting
Work on services operating at hyperscale with billions of requests and global developer impact.
Own production systems where reliability, performance, and operational excellence directly affect millions of developers.
Drive end-to-end engineering ownership rather than working on isolated components.
Collaborate closely with GitHub engineering teams worldwide.
Solve complex distributed systems, concurrency, scalability, and reliability challenges every day.
