You will develop and own geometric map-generation algorithms that turn lidar logs into offline maps. You will optimize sensors and pose graphs, diagnose failure modes, ship algorithmic fixes, improve distributed pipeline performance, and define data contracts for system integration.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and own geometric map-generation algorithms
- Optimize sensors, pose graphs, and multi-modal alignment
- Identify failure modes and ship algorithmic fixes
- Improve runtime and scalability of distributed map-build pipelines
- Define data contracts and integration requirements with neighboring teams
