Software Engineer - Frontend

About Superleap

Superleap is the AI-native CRM built for modern revenue teams. We help sales organizations unlock peak productivity with a CRM that's fast, intuitive, flexible, and intelligently automates work instead of creating more of it.

We're building the CRM that sales teams actually want to use—combining powerful AI with exceptional customer service so businesses can finally stop fighting their CRM and start closing more deals.

We operate in a $70B+ global CRM market, beginning with the $2B+ India opportunity, with the ambition to build the most robust AI CRM and the highest-quality service experience in the industry.

Role Summary

The Software Development Engineer (Frontend) at Superleap will own the development of high-quality, scalable, and performant frontend applications that power our AI-native CRM. Working closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams, you will build intuitive customer-facing features, optimize application performance, and contribute to a frontend architecture that enables rapid product innovation and scale.

You will play a key role in transforming product ideas into exceptional user experiences, ensuring speed, reliability, and usability across the platform. As Superleap grows, you will take increasing ownership of frontend systems, platform capabilities, engineering best practices, and technical leadership, helping build a frontend foundation that scales with the business.

The problem we are solving

Most enterprise teams are currently held hostage by their own software. Instead of a tool that unlocks productivity, they deal with a System of Record that acts as a massive productivity burden.

These legacy CRMs are static, unintuitive, and fundamentally disconnected from real operations. They are bolted on with AI as an afterthought, rather than being built with intelligence at the core.

Superleap is redefining the category by building a System of Intelligence that is fast, flexible, and AI-native. Our mission is to disrupt the CRM category by delivering a 10x superior product and service that handles enterprise complexity at scale.
