Software Engineer (Equity)

Compensation: €140k – €200k

Suitpax is an intelligent travel management platform designed for modern businesses and their teams. We help companies simplify and personalize business travel — from booking and expense automation to VIP experiences for key employees.

We're building the future of corporate travel with a full-stack platform that’s smart, intuitive, and human. Founded by experienced entrepreneurs, Suitpax is launching in Europe and expanding globally in 2025.

We are backed by early believers and supported by a remote-first, product-led culture. Our tech is modern, our vision is clear, and the opportunity is huge. We’re now assembling a founding team to shape the product and company from the ground up.

Role Summary

As one of the first engineers at Suitpax, you'll play a core role in building and scaling the platform. You’ll work directly with the founders to design, develop, and ship key product features — and influence both the architecture and culture of our engineering team.

We’re looking for a builder with product taste, startup energy, and a hands-on mentality.
