This is what makes the position as Software Engineer DevOps unique
Secure the cloud-native platforms behind Dustin’s e-commerce business, protecting customer-facing storefronts that serve millions of transactions across multiple markets.
Work with a modern GitOps and Kubernetes ecosystem where security is built into automated delivery pipelines, not bolted on afterwards.
Combine AI-powered tooling with cloud-native engineering to shape how security, automation, and developer productivity evolve across the organisation.
The Hiring Manager for the role is Konstantinos Maounis, Manager Platform Enablement. As a leader, he believes the best teams are built on trust, transparency, and continuous learning. He strives to create an environment where people feel empowered to take ownership, challenge ideas, support one another and grow both professionally and personally while working on meaningful technical challenges.
The team has a strong international, collaborative culture where people actively share knowledge and help each other succeed. Led by Konstantinos, the focus is on automating the routine work so the team can spend more time on meaningful technical challenges. It’s an environment built on trust, ownership, and continuous improvement, where your ideas truly make an impact.
