You Will:
- Develop engine code that performs well for user-created games on the Roblox platform.
- Work cross-functionally with other teams to deliver high-quality functionality.
- Improve product quality by writing automated tests for your code.
- Take ownership of features and projects, from design through launch.
- Build and test code that runs across supported devices, including desktop, mobile, and console.
You Have:
- 2+ years of software engineering experience, with hands-on experience developing in C++.
- Knowledge: You are proficient in one or more programming languages (C++, C#, Go, Python or similar programming language). Familiarity with game engines, real-time systems, large-scale simulations or entity component systems is a plus
- Curiosity: Strong willingness to learn, take on unfamiliar problems, and stay current with evolving technologies.
- Strong Teamwork: You are able to collaborate in cross-functional and cross team projects to deliver the most curated technical solution.
- Long-term Mindset: You are willing to take the long view to drive the collaboration and build the system.
