About Blaize
Blaize (Nasdaq: BZAI) builds a programmable AI platform for inference in real-world environments. At its core, the Blaize Graph Streaming Processor (GSP) is a purpose-built, energy-efficient architecture for real-world AI inference, combined with GPU in a hybrid AI infrastructure that runs across the edge, cloud, and datacenter. Our platform powers computer vision, multimodal AI, and sensor-driven applications across smart cities, industrial automation, telecommunications, retail, logistics, healthcare, automotive, and defense.
Blaize is expanding from edge AI hardware into a full platform that combines its hardware systems with Blaize AI Services, the software and services layer that delivers deployable AI solutions for enterprises, governments, and cloud service providers worldwide. By combining differentiated computing architecture with scalable AI Services, we help organizations deploy intelligence where decisions matter most. About the role
Blaize is growing our Solutions engineering team, and we're looking for a Software Engineer to join a close-knit, multi-disciplinary group at the start of their career. This is a newly created role designed to bring fresh talent into the team, with strong mentorship built in from day one. You'll work alongside experienced engineers who are genuinely invested in helping you grow, in an organization where every voice is heard regardless of tenure.
Our management style is open and collaborative — we encourage autonomy, welcome differing opinions, and make space for real discussion rather than top-down direction. No one is siloed away on a project; everyone has a voice.
