Software engineer (backend)

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement efficient, reusable, and reliable backend code using languages such as Java, Python, or C#. Build and maintain APIs, services, and databases that power our client's applications. Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security. Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define software requirements and features. Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and system reliability. Participate in code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior engineers. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 4+ years of professional experience in backend software development. Strong proficiency in one or more backend programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, Node.js). Experience with relational databases (e.g., Postgre SQL, My SQL) and/or No SQL databases. Solid understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
