Project Planning & Execution
- Manage own tasks and timelines. May assist in project planning.

- Collaborates across teams and mentors junior developers.
Coding & Development
- Produce efficient, scalable, and robust code with minimal supervision.
- Review peers' code and provides constructive feedback.

Documentation
- Maintain and improve project documentation.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation for projects and processes.
Process Improvement
- Contribute to the development of process improvements.
Learning & Development
- Continuously update skills and knowledge.

Security
- Implement security measures.
Quality Assurance
- Write comprehensive tests and debugs complex issues..
