Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Work Model: Hybrid — 1 day per week in the office

️ Language Requirements: English B2 — mandatory | Portuguese B2 — preferred

About the Opportunity

Join a financial services project focused on the quality and reliability of applications built on the OutSystems platform. You will perform manual functional and non-functional testing, working closely with business analysts, developers, technical leads, and client stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and functional requirements to define test scenarios.
• Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and supporting documentation.
• Execute manual functional, regression, and integration tests, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects.
• Use Jira and Xray to organize testing activities, track execution, and report results.
• Produce test evidence and reports, and validate developments before production releases.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with technical and business teams to resolve issues.

Mandatory Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Manual Testing.
• 2+ years of experience testing OutSystems applications.
• Strong practical experience with Jira and Xray in enterprise projects.
• Experience creating test cases, test plans, and test reports.
• Good understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• English at B2 level or above.
• Availability to work onsite in Lisbon one day per week and undertake occasional travel to client offices.

Nice to Have

• ISTQB Foundation certification.
• Experience with API testing and UAT support.
• Knowledge of SQL databases.
• Basic understanding of test automation concepts.
• Portuguese at B2 level or above.

You have hands-on experience validating OutSystems applications, confidently manage testing activities with Jira and Xray, and communicate clearly with technical teams and business stakeholders.
