About Quadeye
Quadeye is an algorithmic trading firm operating across major global financial markets and exchanges. We combine quantitative research, advanced mathematical modeling, and high-performance technology to develop sophisticated automated trading strategies across diverse asset classes.
Our teams work at the intersection of markets, mathematics, statistics, and technology, with significant ownership across the entire strategy lifecycle—from research and ideation to implementation, deployment, and optimization.
We offer a highly meritocratic environment where talented researchers and engineers have the opportunity to work on challenging problems, access world-class infrastructure, and see the direct impact of their work on live trading performance.
The Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with 5+ years of relevant experience to build and enhance applications and tools that support our Quant, Infrastructure, Compliance, and Operations teams.

You will build reliable, intuitive systems that improve internal workflows and support critical trading operations in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop full-stack solutions across backend services, web applications, scripting, and data-driven workflows.
• Build intuitive and efficient user experiences for internal systems and applications used by trading and other teams.
• Improve existing tools and trade-monitoring systems to make them more robust, reliable, and scalable.
• Evaluate different technical approaches and make thoughtful design decisions based on performance, maintainability, and user requirements.
• Own solutions across development, testing, deployment, and post-deployment monitoring.
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve application performance and reliability.
Requirements

• Ability to design, develop, test, deploy, and monitor reliable production applications.
• Experience or knowledge of financial markets or the financial industry is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple high-priority projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to learn and work with new technologies quickly.
