Software Developer – CRM & Loyalty Systems

Build scalable systems and shape the technical evolution of our Loyalty & CRM platform.

We are looking for a Software Developer who plays a key role in designing, building, and evolving our Loyalty and CRM solutions, working closely with product and business teams to deliver scalable and high-quality software.

You will be part of an ongoing transformation from legacy systems to a modern, cloud-native microservices architecture.

This position:

• Works closely with product managers, analysts and business stakeholders
• Focuses primarily on backend development, while being able to support frontend implementations when needed
• Impacts system design, code quality, and platform scalability
• Contributes to technical decisions and continuous evolution of the platform
• Acts as a bridge between business requirements and technical implementation

Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services for our Loyalty & CRM platform
• Contribute to technical design decisions and translate requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code using modern engineering practices
• Take ownership of the full development lifecycle: design → development → testing → deployment → monitoring
• Collaborate closely with analysts and product teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements
• Work with APIs, integrations, and distributed systems across multiple services
• Support and extend existing frontend applications by modifying and integrating existing components when needed
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development and production environments
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to improve delivery speed and reliability
• Work on a scalable, multi-tenant Loyalty & CRM platform with complex business rules and ongoing microservices transformation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or a related field
• Minimum 4–5 years of hands‑on software development experience
• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot (Spring Cloud is a plus)
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Solid knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data modeling (Oracle is a plus)
• Experience with APIs and system integrations
• Basic to intermediate experience with frontend technologies (React preferred)
• Familiarity with message brokers (RabbitMQ/Kafka) and caching systems (Redis) is a plus
• Experience working with Agile methodologies
• Hands‑on experience or exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Strong problem‑solving skills, ownership mindset, and attention to quality
• Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams
• Proficiency in English
