PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
The Software Developer will be responsible for creating new web-based applications and maintaining and enhancing internal custom applications using Angular, C#, Entity framework, and SQL. They will be responsible for the high-level function and technical requirements based on direct interactions with the users and knowledge of enterprise architecture. Developing and implementing moderate to complex applications will be necessary. They will be developing primarily internally used applications – we prioritize getting it right for our staff vs. having it done fast.
You will be working with a small team that brainstorms and whiteboards and occasionally goes down rabbit holes that can lead nowhere or somewhere. Utilizing AI (Claude Code) to aid in coding is encouraged and we provide access. Having it create code with no HITL is considered sub-optimal – you must be able to debug and write code if Anthropic is down. We all work Monday-Friday during regular office hours; you’ll have most of your nights and weekends off. We encourage people who may not fit all the requirements to apply. If you have the basics and want to learn and grow, we’re looking for you.
