To be a successful you must be able to do the following always:
• Provide direct supervision, coaching, field instruction, and evaluation to practicum students using Supervision for Success and applicable university and accreditation requirements.
• Develop, coordinate, and oversee the Company’s social work practicum and internship program with Permanency Services, Human Resources, Training, and participating educational institutions.
• Coordinate student placements, onboarding, training, assignments, caseload expectations, supervision responsibilities, and required approvals with Permanency Services teams and task instructors.
• Monitor student learning, performance, field hours, documentation, evaluations, learning agreements, and corrective action plans in collaboration with students, task instructors, and university faculty.
• Ensure student services and case activities are appropriately supervised, reviewed, approved, and documented within the student’s role and competence, including EHR access and workflow requirements.
• Maintain communication with universities and internal stakeholders regarding placements, affiliation requirements, site visits, student concerns, program improvement, recruitment, retention, and pathways to Company employment.
• Track program capacity, placement needs, completion and workforce outcomes while ensuring trauma-informed practice, client safety, confidentiality, service quality, and compliance with Company policies and Program Practice Guidelines.

- 60% Practicum Student Supervision, Coaching, and Evaluation
- 20% Program Development, Coordination, and Compliance
- 20% Collaboration with Universities, Task Instructors, and Internal Stakeholders
- 15% Recruitment, Training, Documentation, and Outcome Monitoring
To qualify for this job, you need to have:
• Master’s degree in social work required.
• Current Kansas social work licensure through the BSRB is required. LSCSW, preferred. Additional LAC, LMAC or LCAC, preferred.
• Two or more years of post-degree experience in child and family wellbeing, assessment and treatment of behavior health.
• Meet the qualifications established by participating universities and applicable accreditation standards to serve as a field instructor or practicum supervisor.
• Must be 21 years of age and pass a background check, fingerprinting, physical and drug screening, and maintain company-required training.
• Ability to travel, drive a company or personal vehicle, walk upstairs, work a flexible schedule, and meet physical working requirements involving occasional outside and frequent environmental conditions.
