Applicants must hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and an active law license in good standing in Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, or Florida. Prior Social Security Disability experience is preferred but not required. We welcome newly licensed attorneys who are eager to learn and grow.

Job Description
- Represent clients pursuing Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits.
- Advocate for clients throughout disability claims, hearings, and appeals.
- Prepare and represent clients at hearings before Social Security Administrative Law Judges (ALJs).
- Review medical records, employment histories, and vocational evidence to develop effective case strategies.
- Prepare legal arguments, briefs, hearing memoranda, and appeals.
- Communicate with clients, explain legal processes, and guide them through important decisions.
- Collaborate with paralegals, case managers, and legal assistants to manage cases efficiently.
- Build your expertise in Social Security Disability law while delivering meaningful results for clients.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in good standing in AL, GA, TN, or FL.
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and client-service abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities.
- Compassionate, professional approach to client representation.
- Social Security Disability, SSDI, SSI, disability hearings, or administrative appeals experience preferred but not required.
- Newly licensed attorneys are encouraged to apply.
