As FHG’s Social Media & Marketing Coordinator, you’ll help bring our brands to life through social content, restaurant promotions, events, beer releases, and more. SOCIAL MEDIA & MARKETING COORDINATOR

Finney Hospitality Group | Indianapolis/Bloomington Area

Full-Time | $50,000–$60,000 annually

BRING OUR BRANDS TO LIFE.

Finney Hospitality Group is looking for a creative, organized, and plugged-in Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to help tell the stories of our restaurants, brewery, events, and everything happening across FHG.

This is a hands-on marketing role for someone who loves social media but also enjoys getting out from behind the desk. You’ll be in our restaurants capturing content, working directly with General Managers, supporting promotions and events, creating marketing materials, and making sure our brands stay active, relevant, and engaging online.

No two days will look exactly the same. One day you might be building out social content, the next you could be creating a game-day promotion for a restaurant, supporting a new beer release, updating catering materials, or heading to an event to capture content.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Own the Socials

• Manage day-to-day social media across multiple FHG brands.
• Build and maintain content calendars and create, schedule, and publish posts, stories, reels, and other content.
• Capture and edit photo and video content from our restaurants, events, food and beverage offerings, and teams.
• Stay on top of trends and identify timely opportunities for our brands.
• Monitor engagement and content performance to understand what’s working.
• Maintain the individual voice and visual identity of each FHG concept.

Support Our Restaurants

• Work directly with GMs on one-off specials, game-day posts, flyers, social posts, events, and other location-specific needs.
• Handle reasonable last-minute requests and quick-turn promotions.
• Create smaller print pieces and recurring materials such as business cards, Google review cards, flyers, promotional cards, and similar collateral.
• Coordinate printing and production of approved materials when needed.

Stay Connected With Our Guests

• Monitor and manage Google reviews across FHG locations.
• Monitor social comments, messages, mentions, and other guest interactions.
• Help maintain accurate and professional online business profiles.
• Escalate guest concerns or operational issues to the appropriate restaurant or Marketing leader when needed.

Support Brewery, Catering & Events

• Help promote brewery initiatives and beer releases through social content, graphics, announcements, and supporting materials.
• Support smaller catering needs, including one-off flyers, menus, and minor updates.
• Help market restaurant events, menu launches, seasonal promotions, partnerships, and other activations.
• Work with restaurant, brewery, and catering leaders to make sure promotional information is accurate and ready to go.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in social media, marketing, content creation, communications, or a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms and current content trends.
• Experience creating photo, video, graphic, and short-form social content.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Organized and comfortable balancing multiple brands, projects, and deadlines.
• Comfortable communicating and working directly with restaurant and department leaders.
• Able to work independently while also collaborating with a larger Marketing Team.
• Ability to travel between FHG restaurant locations as needed.

THIS ROLE GETS OUT OF THE OFFICE

This isn't a strictly Monday–Friday, behind-a-desk marketing position. Attendance at company, restaurant, promotional, and community events is a required part of the role. Events may take place on weekdays or weekends, and you'll need to be available to attend and provide marketing or social media support as needed.

You'll also regularly spend time at FHG locations capturing content and staying connected to what's actually happening in our restaurants.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $50,000–$60,000 annual salary, based on experience
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance
• 401(k) with company match after one year
• Dining privileges across FHG concepts
• Opportunities for professional growth and development
