Part-time, home-based assistant supporting an Australian industrial software client: building Facebook/LinkedIn content calendars, creating visuals, and engaging authentically in relevant communities, plus researching and qualifying leads (cabinetmakers, joiners, shopfitters, stone fabricators) and logging them in a CRM before handoff to the founder.
• Develop and manage a social media content calendar for Facebook and LinkedIn, approximately 3–5 posts per week.
• Create engaging visual content using the client's photos, software screenshots and other supplied materials, including before-and-after style graphics.
• Prepare captions and content for client approval before anything is published.
• Research and identify relevant Australian Facebook groups, LinkedIn communities and industry networks.
• Engage authentically in relevant conversations around workshop efficiency, inventory management and material waste.
• Avoid spammy or overly sales-focused engagement and follow the client's approved messaging and FAQ guidelines.
• Proactively research and identify suitable Australian businesses, particularly custom cabinetmakers, commercial joiners, shopfitters and stone fabricators.
• Identify potential decision-makers and initiate appropriate conversations where approved.
• Screen and qualify incoming leads using the client's qualification process.
• Confirm the prospect's business type, role, workshop operation and specific material/inventory challenges.
* Identify whether the prospect has genuine interest and intent to speak with the founder.
• Record qualified leads and relevant information in the shared tracker or CRM.
• Provide clear notes on the prospect, business, decision-maker and specific pain points before handing the lead to the founder.
• Maintain strict approval processes, with no public content or outreach templates being published or used without client approval.
