Social Media Executive

You will run day-to-day organic social for a portfolio of client accounts. That means planning the content, getting it made, publishing it, looking after the community and telling clients what is working. The role suits someone who has managed brand accounts end to end and is comfortable speaking with clients directly.

What you'll do

• Plan and maintain monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn for several clients at once
• Schedule and publish content accurately and on time, checking every post against brand guidelines and platform requirements
• Create simple content yourself, such as Canva graphics and CapCut video edits, and brief designers, video editors and writers on more complex pieces
• Write and adapt captions with the Content Writer so each post fits its platform
• Manage communities: reply to comments and direct messages, and flag leads and sensitive issues to the client quickly
• Track performance and prepare monthly client reports that explain results and next steps clearly
• Work with the paid media team so organic content supports Meta campaigns, including choosing posts worth boosting
• Coordinate influencer and creator collaborations, from sourcing to post-campaign reporting
• Liaise with clients on briefs, approvals and feedback to keep content timelines on track
• Follow platform changes, trends and competitor activity, and recommend which ideas are worth acting on
• Support new business pitches with social audits and sample content
• Keep approved assets and project files organised for easy retrieval and reuse
• Use AI tools to speed up production without the result looking AI-made
