About Qureos

Hiring is broken. Slow. Outdated. Noisy.

At Qureos, we’re rebuilding how the world hires, using AI, structured systems, and intelligent automation to reduce hiring time from months to days.

We believe communication is a strategic advantage.

And we’re looking for someone who treats content like infrastructure, not decoration.

The Role

This role owns how Qureos communicates across:

1. Social Media

2. Email

3. Editorial Content

You won’t just execute content.

You’ll shape narratives.

Build authority.

Create signal in a noisy market.

If you think in themes, not just posts and in systems, not just campaigns, this role is for you.

What You’ll Own

Social Media (Strategy + Execution)

1. Own the social strategy and content calendar across priority platforms

2. Align content with:
   Product positioning
   Hiring & HR industry trends
   Customer pain points
   Brand storytelling

3. Create and manage:
   Static posts
   Carousels
   Short-form videos

4. Founder-led and team-led content

5. Repurpose blogs, interviews, podcasts, webinars, and internal insights into high-performing formats

6. Monitor performance consistently and optimize based on data

Every post should have intent. No filler.

Email Marketing (Campaigns + Lifecycle)

1. Write and schedule:
   Newsletters
   Product announcements
   Educational and value-driven emails

2. Build and manage:
   Drip campaigns
   Lifecycle flows
   Re-engagement sequences

3. Test and refine:
   Subject lines
   Messaging
   CTAs
   Content structures

4. Analyze performance and iterate based on insight

Email is not distribution. It’s relationship-building at scale.

Editorial & Thought Leadership (Plus)

1. Own the editorial calendar aligned with business priorities

2. Develop long-form content including:
   Insight-led blog posts
   Industry commentary
   Founder POV pieces
   Hiring guides & reports

3. Elevate Qureos as a credible voice in HR-tech and AI-driven hiring

4. Ensure consistency in tone, positioning, and messaging across all channels

5. Collaborate with leadership to extract insight and turn it into structured narratives

6. Build evergreen content assets that compound over time

This isn’t just blog writing.

It’s building authority.

Reporting & Cross-Functional Alignment

1. Track performance across social, email, and editorial

2. Share structured updates on:
   Content performance
   Channel insights
   Experiments & learnings

3. Collaborate closely with growth, product, and sales to ensure alignment

You won’t operate in isolation. Content must reflect business priorities.

What Good Performance Looks Like

1. Content is intentional and aligned to strategy

2. Editorial builds long-term authority, not just traffic

3. Messaging is consistent across all channels

4. Decisions are data-informed

5. Social and email are treated as assets, not activity streams

What This Role Is NOT

1. Not reactive posting without strategy

2. Not vanity-metric focused

3. Not content for the sake of frequency

4. Not traffic-at-any-cost

5. Not execution without thinking

6. Not disconnected from business goals

If your goal is “more posts,” this isn’t it.

If your goal is “build signal and authority,” it is.

2. Exceptional writing and narrative structuring skills

4. Comfortable owning channels end-to-end

5. High ownership, speed, and clarity
