This is an opportunity for someone who combines business vision, a commercial profile, inspiring leadership, and the ability to transform strategy into results. You will be at the helm of a high-performance team, working in partnership with different business areas.

If you enjoy leading people, building relationships, influencing decisions, developing talent, and working in a dynamic, collaborative, and results-oriented environment, we want to meet you.

Come lead a team that makes a difference for our clients and for the growth of our business.

Qualifications

What we are looking for in you:

• Experience in people management.
• Ability to transition naturally between the technical language of products and the business world of SME clients.
• Strong commercial profile: results-oriented, sense of urgency, and focus on closing deals.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills for C-level and technical audiences.
• Organization and discipline for the simultaneous management of multiple portfolios and opportunities.

What will your day-to-day look like?

• Conducting daily and weekly commercial meetings with the Biz Dev team, tracking opportunities, removing obstacles, and prioritizing efforts in SME portfolios.
• Participating in business meetings with clients via Microsoft Teams and in-person agendas alongside commercial executives and the Biz Devs on your team.
• Periodic pipeline reviews with leadership, presenting accurate forecasts and action plans to achieve goals.
• Supporting the team in building consultative presentations, product demonstrations, and technical-commercial arguments for LNOP, Agro, MS, Platforms, and Collections.
• Close collaboration with Product and Marketing for differentiated positioning of solutions by segment (Industry, Wholesale and Retail, Services, and Financial).
• Monitoring the customer journey with products, identifying gaps and revenue expansion opportunities.
• Tracking market trends and competitor movements in the SME segments to guide the team's approach strategy.

What will your main deliverables be?

• Leadership and team development: Management of 7 Business Developers, ensuring commercial performance, engagement, and technical evolution of the team aligned with sales goals.
• Pipeline and forecast management: Active tracking of the team's opportunities in the CRM, ensuring predictability and achievement of goals for LNOP, Agro, MS, Platforms, and Collections products in the SME segment.
• Commercial activity in SME portfolios: Partnership with commercial executives in the Industry, Wholesale and Retail, Services, and Financial segments, identifying and developing cross-sell, up-sell, and new business opportunities.
• Active prospecting: Strategies for expanding product penetration in SME portfolios, together with the Biz Dev team, with individual and collective sales goals.
• Technical-commercial proposals: Preparation and review of ROI studies, POCs, paybacks, and business cases that support client purchasing decisions.
• Strategic relationship: Building and maintaining relationships with key client stakeholders, positioning Serasa Experian as a benchmark business partner in the SME segment.
• Internal interface: Coordination with Product, Marketing, CS, Analytics, and Legal for solution customization and acceleration of the sales cycle.
• Management reporting: Sales KPIs, forecast adherence, conversion rate, and portfolio coverage presented to leadership periodically.
