ADP is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer in Barcelona to operate and evolve the SAP platform behind GlobalView, its multinational payroll and HR offering. The role is hands-on SAP Basis/HANA work: maintaining on-prem and RISE/S/4HANA systems, incident response, HA/DR, performance tuning, security hardening, and mentoring global teams.
In this role you will operate and evolve ADP’s SAP platform that supports GlobalView for multinational payroll and HR clients. As an SME, you’ll drive performance, availability, and scalability across enterprise systems while mentoring teams and guiding infrastructure decisions.
