POSITION TITLE: Site Acquisition Manager
CLASSIFICATION: Exempt
POSITION OVERVIEW:
ADB is a Nationwide full turnkey provider of technology infrastructure solutions including Wireline, Wireless, Technology, Critical Infrastructure, and Engineering. ADB is seeking a Site Acquisition Manager to support the growing demand for large-scale turnkey project in both the telecommunications and data center industries. The Site Acquisition Manager will serve as a key role in the development of ADB’s internal management capabilities to support the growth of this line of business.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and utilize knowledge of zoning, permitting, and jurisdictional approval processes across multiple municipalities
- Negotiate leases, easements, and land agreements with landlords, carriers, and local authorities
- Manage leasing, zoning, permitting on wireline ILA sites
- Maintain familiarity with ILA processes specifically, including the documentation and approval steps unique to that work
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of sites simultaneously while tracking status, deadlines, and dependencies
- Maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders; this role interfaces regularly with landowners, legal, engineering, and construction teams
- Read and interpret title reports, surveys, and site plans
- Maintain compliance and audit requirements tied to site files
- Performs other position duties when requested

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- This role operates out of a temperature-controlled office environment
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, copiers, and cell phones
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
- 10-12+ years of specific experience in both traditional telecom site acquisition and ILA site acquisition required
- Compliance experience and EH&S experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience using project management tools such as OneVizion, etc.
- High School diploma or equivalent required
