Summary: Providing legendary guest service to our guests by resolving guest concerns; serving as an ambassador of goodwill on behalf of the Entertainment & Events division; and performing assigned specific safety tasks. Provide leadership to team members in daily operations.
This is a Seasonal position from 11/7/2026 until 1/2/2027.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned)
- Fulfills required duties of a 910 Entertainment & Events (E&E) divisional host by being available to assist E&E Team Members.
- Audits work areas to ensure employees are in compliance with company procedures.
- Assists in safely evacuating guests from show areas when needed.
- Acts as a leader and ambassador of goodwill on behalf of the E&E Division.
- Exhibits sound and accurate judgment and displays a willingness to take the initiative to make effective and appropriate decisions as needed.
- Proves exemplary in providing outstanding customer service, both internally and externally, including answering questions, responding to requests, and solving problems.
- Interact with guests to ensure a safe, fast, and friendly operation; Resolve guest concerns in a friendly, non-offensive manner without deviating from safety procedures.
Required Skills
- Able to communicate efficiently.
Education and Experience:
- Previous leadership and guest service experience is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- The ability to lift and/or move 20 pounds frequently to 50 pounds maximum
- The ability to stand and walk on uneven terrain, inclines, asphalt, and concrete continuously
- The ability to remember locations, understand and carry out instructions continuously
- The ability to work at a rapid speed continuously
- The ability to work in extreme weather frequently
Work Environment:
This position primarily works in an fast-paced, outdoor entertainment environment with frequent interaction with guests and team members. The role requires working in active show and operational areas that may involve loud noises, moving equipment, and large crowds. The work environment includes exposure to varying weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, and humidity. Team members must be comfortable working flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and responding quickly to operational or guest needs in dynamic situations.
